Past performance is not indicative of future results

Backtests on this platform reflect what would have happened on historical data with our current strategy logic. Real markets have slippage, latency, partial fills, exchange outages and regime shifts that backtests cannot fully capture. A strategy that returned +30% in backtest can lose -30% live.

Specific risks

• Strategy risk: No strategy works in all market regimes. Grid bots fail in trending markets; trend-followers fail in chop. Diversify and size appropriately.
• Exchange risk: Exchanges can be hacked, frozen, or fail. Use reputable venues, withdraw what you do not actively trade, and never store full life savings on any single platform.
• Liquidity risk: Low-cap tokens can have illiquid order books. Slippage on large orders can be severe.
• Smart contract / token risk: Some tokens have contract bugs, malicious mint functions or rug-pull risk. We do not audit individual tokens.
• Regulatory risk: Crypto regulation changes. What is legal today may not be tomorrow in your jurisdiction.
• Operational risk: Bugs in our software can affect trade execution. We carry insurance and audit our code, but no system is bug-free.
