Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on 42project ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Crypto trading is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions; you are responsible for verifying your local legality before use.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials, including 2FA recovery codes.
• API keys you provide are encrypted server-side. We refuse keys with withdrawal permission enabled.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or trial periods is prohibited.

4. Trading and risk

Cryptocurrency trading is high risk. Strategies that performed in the past may not perform in the future. 42project provides tools — not advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and losses.

5. Service availability

We target 99.95% uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance, exchange outages, network issues and force majeure events may interrupt service.

6. Fees and refunds

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion; the first 14 days of a paid plan are eligible for a full refund.

7. Prohibited use

• Wash trading, market manipulation, or any conduct violating exchange terms.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or automated mass-account creation.
• Use that violates applicable AML, sanctions or tax law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risk. You may terminate at any time from account settings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 42project's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for trading losses, exchange failures, or third-party actions.

10. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
